C and Z Purlins are accurately roll- formed from galvanized steel to provide an efficient, lightweight, and economical roofing and walling support system for framed structures.

1. Auto CNC machine

CZL C/Z purlins are made by auto computer numerical control machines. So precise size could be guaranteed.

2. Reinforcing Rib

Two kind of reinforcing ribs are available. One is like a straight line, the other is somewhat like footprints.

3.Prepunching

Prepunching is available to ensure easy site installation and guarantee structure performance. Each auto 

CNC machine has two sets of prepunching moulds. That is to say, each purlin could have two systems of prepunching holes. We can punch holes for our clients if they can offer detailed drawing of hole locations.

4. Material & Grade

Hot-dip Galvanized strip steel/ Hot-dip Galvanized steel coil

Q195B/Q235B/Q345B, DX51D/SGC340/SGC440

The Zinc coating can reach to 275g/m2

Yield strength can reach to 440 MPa

5. Production Capacity

The capacity of supply is over 50,000 tons annually.
