CZL® FRP Lighting Tile has the high strength / weight ratio, and it offers the ideal choice for many designs. It bends under the load or the shock, but it restores its original shape after the load or the shock removed, and it resists the impact from stone or hail.

Weather Resistance

CZL® FRP Lighting Tile covers with a good quality anti-aging polymer resin named Filoplated, and the gel coat resin is combined with substrate compound key very well by CZL® unique manufacturing process to ensure that the average life of the FRP Lighting Tile is 20 years. A UV absorber is added into the FRP Lighting Tile, therefore, 90% of UV light can be filtered out in order to slowing fading and degradation of the material.

Physical property

CZL® FRP Lighting Tile is a thermosetting polymer composite material, and the ability for temperature resistance is -40 °C -120 °C. The characteristics for it are as follows, without deformation under strict long-term work environment, no embrittlement under the cold, no softening under the heat, good installation process performance, and can be bent.

Thermal Conductivity

The thermal conductivity for CZL® FRP Lighting Tile is only 0.158w/m.k which is 1/4 of flexible glass, therefore, insulation property for CZL® FRP Lighting Tile is relatively good.

Corrosion Resistance

CZL® FRP Lighting Tile can resist much harmful corrosive gas. This product can be safely used in the occasions of smoky mist, hydrocarbon, peroxide, carbonate, diluted aging materials and other occasions which contains acid or alkali, especially suitable for the sea or the air whose pollution is more serious.

High Transmittance

CZL® Products (lighting sheets, lighting tiles, etc.) are testified by Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Guangdong, Guangzhou Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center: light transmittance is 60% to 85%.

Inflaming Retarding

Resin with fire-retardant is added into CZL® FRP Lighting Tile, and oxygen index usually reaches at 26-32 which is in line with the requirements of the fire department.

Compared with aluminum windows, the cost for CZL® FRP Lighting Tile is only 50% thereof.
